## How it works

1. **Specification** — send us your target alloy composition, EMF curve, diameter, tolerance and quantity. Our metallurgist reviews and confirms feasibility, typically within one business day.
2. **Sample melt** — for new alloy formulations we produce a trial melt first. You test the wire in your application, and we iterate composition until the EMF output matches your specification.
3. **Production** — once the sample is approved we move to full production. Every batch carries the same furnace-number traceability and test certification as our standard products.
